I am an in-network provider for the following insurance companies:

I also accept Self-Pay (cash pay) and Bishop Pay. If I am not an in-network provider with your insurance company, you can request a Super Bill from my billers to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If you have questions about this you can speak with my billers about this option and how it works.

My rates vary based on whether you are using insurance or doing self-pay:

• Insurance Rates:

  • Initial Intake Session: $200

    • This is a comprehensive diagnostic interview where we spend time collecting your history, discussing goals, assessing for diagnoses, and starting our treatment plan together. ​

  • Continued Sessions: $165​

  • Please contact your insurance company or refer to your plan handbook to confirm your mental health coverage, as out-of-pocket costs vary based on your deductible, copay, and plan benefits. In addition to checking for this information, I recommend checking on how many sessions are covered per year under your specific plan.

  • Please note that when billing insurance, I am required to include a mental health diagnosis on claims submitted for reimbursement. If you prefer not to have a diagnosis shared with your insurance company, you’re welcome to choose the self-pay option—either option is completely okay.

  • Continued Sessions: $110
